Martin Eigbike

Founder and Managing Partner
A strategy and policy advisor and certified programme manager with more than two decades of experience across Africa. He has advised governments, development agencies, foundations and private organisations on strategy, policy reform, organisational effectiveness, research capacity and programme delivery. Before founding Gawani, he held senior roles at Dalberg Advisors and Accenture. He sits on the Board of the Science for Africa Foundation.

Talent, Operations and Corporate Programmes Lead
A talent and programmes professional with experience in human resources, organizational development and project delivery. At Gawani, she supports talent management, operational effectiveness and corporate programmes, and has led PMO, project coordination, stakeholder engagement and communications across complex development and private-sector engagements. She holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Bells University of Technology.

A strategy and business development professional with experience in business strategy, project management, operational excellence and organisational growth. At Gawani, he supports strategic growth initiatives through market research, opportunity identification, strategy development and stakeholder engagement. His previous experience includes working with Ernst & Young on economic diversification initiatives supporting the Federal Ministry of Mines and Steel Development. He holds master's degrees from Queen's University Belfast and the University of Dundee.

A strategy professional with experience across development, corporate and digital strategy, change management and business advisory. His work spans projects involving government agencies, regulators, financial institutions and MSMEs. He holds a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Benin.

A strategy analyst with experience in development research, public policy, programme implementation and evaluation consulting. At Gawani, he supports advisory engagements across key thematic domains through research, analysis and programme delivery. His previous experience includes research and evaluation work at the Helpman Development Institute across health, labour, demography and welfare. He holds a master's degree in Economics from the University of Ibadan.

EXPERT ADVISORS

Olutola Bello

Project Expert Advisor
A project manager and agriculture value chain and finance advisor, engaged by Gawani as an expert advisor rather than as a member of staff. He serves in senior management at NIRSAL, the Central Bank of Nigeria's agricultural lending institution, where he led the Retail Finance and Insurance Department. He has contributed subject-matter expertise across Gawani's food fortification and nutrition engagements.
